Inspire Me Project
Alongside our Widening programme that supports year 5 children in Stonehouse and Devonport Primary schools, we also offer schools in class experiences for our schools.
This programme is called ‘Inspire Me’. Working with our broad range of partners we provide schools with sector experiences aimed at Foundation, year 1, year 2, year 3, year 4 and year 6 children. These sessions offer children the opportunity to learn about varying sectors, take part in interactive activities and draw on sector experts knowledge to build their understanding of the world of work.
Working together to help communities
Millfields Community Economic Development Trust CIC and Millfields Inspired are independent organisations. However their shared history leads to a strong relationship that is explicitly reflected in each of their governing documents.
Together we wish to see our children achieve their potential; to support local businesses to succeed; to work with our local community to improve the local natural and built environment; and to play our part in ensuring that Stonehouse is a vibrant place which people are proud of. We need your help, whether that is through fundraising, donations or becoming a partner.
